About the author
Sheldon began his career as a computer systems consultant during the personal computer boom of the 1980s. He then spent the next 12 years working for International Paper and, in 1997, founded the first of three organizations, including co-founder of Emerge Leadership Group.

He and his business partner, Jim Wentworth, recently published the ground-breaking book: “Is Management for Me? For Those Who Want to Manage and for Those Who Don’t.”
